Discuss the shortcomings of three surface treatment methods for aluminum profiles:

1. Anodizing: The oxide film is prone to impurities, turning yellow; materials can easily stick together, causing uneven oxidation colors on the profile surface and forming a rainbow effect, resulting in poor product appearance; black or white spots can easily form at the junction of the profile and the cooling bed; excessive electrolyte temperature or prolonged electrolysis time can cause a white opaque powdery substance on the surface of the aluminum profile; during the oxidation process, if the profile falls, it can easily cause a short circuit; during alkaline etching, if the concentration of sulfuric acid is not well controlled, it can reduce the corrosion resistance of the profile surface; the oxide film surface is also prone to various appearance quality issues such as burns, whitening, blackening, or dark coloration.

2. Electrophoretic coating: If the electrophoretic coating is not strictly operated according to the requirements of each process, such as excessive baking time, contamination of the bath solution, or non-compliance of the bath solution components, it can cause various surface defects such as roughness, bubbling, pinholes or shrinkage holes, paint stains and flow marks, low gloss, uneven paint film on the profile surface, and cracking.

3. Powder coating: If the quality of raw materials is poor, with dust or impurities mixed in, it will produce particles on the profile surface; unclean compressed air mixed with oil or water can also cause shrinkage defects on the aluminum profile surface; if the formulation of raw materials is unreasonable, it will affect the physical properties such as hardness, impact resistance, and bending resistance of aluminum profile products, as well as their chemical resistance; it can also lead to poor appearance such as uneven powder application and yellowing.
